just wonder how do i re waight my sled? its a 1999 ski-doo summit...on my belt cover it says click to noitch # at #of feet...does this mean i dont need to re weight?
That depends, is it for mods you have done? or just different altitude rideing? If its for mods if they are minor those # you were talking about will take care of it, major mods may need different ramps and weighted arms. For altitude changes just change the clicker to the number it recomends.
Well if you had the manual it would tell you. First you should know what rpm you should be pulling at top end. then on the side of you primary there are three bolts, each one on the hex head has an line or arrow, and on the clutch there are #'s loosen the nylock nut almost to the end but do not remove it cause you do not want the bolt to fall out, rotate the bolts arrow or line to point at the # that is recomended. Do this to all three. then tighten the nuts(not to tight) and your good, tighten each nut as soon as your done makeing the adjustment to the bolt. each number is good for an adjustment of about 150-200 rpm up or down. do a little testing once you know your max rpm and youll be able to keep her in the power almost anywere. good luck
