I have a Hymark clutch and it seams to squeal loud after riding awhile and only when its idling. Does anyone know what this could possibly be? I have changed the belt and this doesn't seem to change anything. Does it need lubrication? any info would be helpful thanks in advance>>>>

Your belt is to tight and it is squealing on your primary, you need to adjust your belt height on the secondary, make it so that your belt goes down on the secondary (not running) and it will not rub on the primary and squeal.

Check the actual bolt holding the primary onto the crank. I've seen them loosen up before and make a squeeling sound only at an idle,

Check your user manual. If you can't find it, look online at BRP's site.

Both of you have the same problem. FIX BEFORE RIDING, or you can damage your expensive belt.

Have fun.

if i'm not mistaken you need to pull the secondary off and put in a shim or 2, so the primary wont grab the belt at idle.

You don't have enough belt deflection (belt's too tight). Not sure what kind of sled your riding, but on my Cats I have to pull the secondary off open the clutch and add just enough shims to stop the squealing. When you add shims it increases the distance between the 2 shieves of the secondary causing the belt to go further into the secondary clutch and reducing the tightness of the belt. Don't put to many shims in cause this will cause the belt to drop down into the secondary too far. When the belt drops in to far it's like trying to start off in 3rd gear in a car or truck, the sled will not come out of the whole worth a damn and will be really boggy as well till it picks up speed and rpm. If your center to center is correct on your clutches the belt should be about 1/8th of an inch out of the secondary. Your sled may have an external adjustment on the secondary as well. This will enable you to adjust deflection without removing the secondary.

On the Doo's there are three set screws with locking nuts to hold them when set. Just crack the lock nut loose and turn the set screws (allen head) clockwise to open the movable half. When you have opened just enough to stop the noise, be sure to set all three set screws snug before locking the lock nuts. Rule of thumb, adjust one and count the turns or parts of turn you make and do the same for the other three. Hope this helps.
