I noticed this about 3 weeks ago, found some rub marks on the foam and I think it's happening when I'm carving on that side of the sled. Anyone else experience this on their XM?

Not on the foam because I have always taken it out. I found the side panels on every year since 2008 with marks on them from the clutch. Some years it was noticeable on the outside. It must be those darn Alaskan donuts that you guys do in the big meadows up there!

Hey now, my donuts are not that big, they are more like life savers........lol. It's not rubbing to terribly bad but I thought I would ask to be safe, I think i'll be removing that foam pretty soon.

Of course. Lay you sled over on a sidehill or on hard packed snow plastics will flex and touch the foam. No reason to be alarmed, isn't going to harm anything. Like mentioned above remove the foam if you feel.

I have worn a hole through the CVT covers on the XP and XM. Rubs the side panels too. Run them on edge for long enough and they will rub.

It wasn't mine I was riding when I did it. But I can easily do it to the new one.
