clutch kit ?'s

I bought a kurts polaris clutch kit and of course it didn't come with any instructions. I'm wondering what the deference is between kpi high vs kpi low on my helix? Which should I be installing it at?

Low is 4000-7500 ft and high is 8000-11000. Probably use low for western Canada.
