Club meetings, who attends?

I live in Calgary but would like to attend some of the Club Meetings. I was just wondering who would go to a meeting or two if they were held on a weekend?
The Club needs support, we all know that. My support so far has been buying memberships. Lol!

How many attend a general meeting in Revy? How about a evening meeting on the weekend when lots of members are in Revy riding?

Is it benficial to have higher attendance at the meetings.

I love sledding and I don't want to lose another acre!

You must have got the e-mail from Ron about the proposed closures.

We can definately see how many would be interested and would actually attend a wknd. meeting. Maybe Ron could put something in the next newsletter asking members about their thoughts on this.

Who attends our meetings, the same 8 people who are always there it seems. Sometimes when we have guest speakers more will attend and usually the first meetings of the season see better attendance.
Yes it is beneficial to have more members at a meeting, especially when we are dicussing and voting on items.

There is lots going on again this yr. and it`s not all good. We try to keep members all up to date with the newsletter and e-mails the best we can.

I emailed Ron after I received his latest update. He said it was food for thought and would look into it.
The whole membership seems to rely on these same 8 people. Thanks to them.
Wouldn't it be cool if every member made at least one meeting a year. Maybe not reality but it would be cool.

well if u only have the same 8, you might as well have a friday nite 7:30 meet/greet networking session, powder springs meeting room, or upstairs at the legion, or some small venue. would be great to meet other members. and you'd still have saturday nite to go downtown. oh ya, it wouldn't interfer with sledding.

i am part of the crow snow riders our meetings are held on fridays and like recycler says it always seem to be (same ten people)
