So I am interested to hear your ideas for christmas lights, just went to plug in the 2 year old rope lights and again half of them wont light up. Im sick of wasting money on noma crap every 2 years but is there another alternative? I am willing to spend a bit more for a quality setup but it does not look to me like that is even an option.

I brought those quick clip lights from canadain tire. They worked awesome better than using those silly clips.

Sent from my iPhone while wishing the snow was gone so I can go dirt biking.

I agree about the clops. Way better than the old style plastic that gets uv exposure and break. Had my lights up in 1/3 the time.

had the same issue last year too. Only 1 year old LEDs and 1/2 the strings did not work and no warranty as I did not take them down the year before. So, bought all my lights from ebay last year and they are still working this year. Small bulbs but very bright and has 5 settings for different flashing sequence. The whole house costed under $100 bucks. Here is the link. Maybe late this year but for next year ??
