Chainsaw holster

What does everyone do to mount there chainsaw to there sled?
I have bent bars by strapping saws sideways on the back.
Is there any companies out there making saw holders for sleds?
My sled isn't a school bus with the the 10 foot long tunnel past the seat.

I guess my sled is one of those school buses!! My snowshoes and saw goes on the back on top of the cooler. I carry the saw in a Stil saw box with a bar blade. Sorry, no pictures......

Check with the some of the old Guys in Swan Hills. They have a neat rig that works very well. Check with Don Kelm , I talked with hime at the Edmonton Snowmobile show and hew was in the Swan Hills Club booth

Not an option, I clear trails early season and cut dozens of trees before lunch.
Also when I carried the saws in my sleigh it would get snowdust when hot and then freeze up and the recoil would quit working.
Maybe I need to get a lowbed with the mega tunnel:d

When I worked in the bush I would cut a good spruce about 14" long, square it to about 6", auger the bar stright through the length of the log and straped it to my tunnel. Then stick the bar in the augered hole and bungee it down. I even got carried away on the quads and cut it so it slid down beside the rack and had the saw sticking straight up. It's cheap and it works. Or you could look at Timbersled, they make a chainsaw scabbard, maybe adaptable to a sled.

kolpin makes what they call a saw press works real well on a quad. might work for you on a sled too
