If its a sled engine it would probably be best and easiest to use the primary and secondary that came on the sled. not sure but that shaft might be tapered and could be hard to find or even get a clutch. even once you get it tuning could be difficult.
I could be wrong I don't think a centrifugal clutch will handle that amount of torque . What do those little rail dragsters use the ones the kidds racethere like 60 hp check them out
