What are the springs that they run in the kits they sell?

Stock primary (black spring) & a black/gold secondary spring is what was in my clutch kit. BB weights/delrins/helix/secondary spring the kit works really well so far.

Install it on the 62/42 side of the helix.

The 62/42 will give you a smoother shift out with the Carl's black/gold spring combo.
