Hey guys,

I ride at night often, and my lights are great... but when I really open it up I cant see the ground because my nose is pointing skyward. Are there any lights for the outlander 800 (09) that fit in the lower holes on the grille? I was thinking of PIAA but I was wondering if anyone had another ideas

Cheers

I run a lead dog helmet light, it plugs into the cigarette lighter and then you can see everywhere your head turns, also use on my sled works great!!!

My 09 headlights were aimed poorly, they are easily adjusted, that should also help.

BTW lights too low make real long shadows and make the bumps look huge and things "hide" in the shadows, one other thing to consider is abuse of the lights out front in the open and in front of the tires open to backside impacts and moisture.

Haha thanks man I love the honesty.

Yeah thats a good point about the low lights... What brand is your helmet light? Does it throw alot of light? I have a Gristle Boyz bumper on mine so that protects lights if they were going to be low. I just hate having two unused shrouds taking up the place of something cool.
