Good bikes, very reliable, very good power for a 500.

I have an 07 with 3000k it's a great machice no problems, enough power to get you in trouble and out again, would buy another again.

Love our 07 650 Outty :) Great bike, no issue.

Buddy has a 400 with 16,000 or more on it and a 650 with near 9000...these are probably low #'s now LOL. Wouldn't own anything different!
400 is underpowered IMO, but a 500 would probably be a great ride!

my dads 400 got good power for a 400 but with 27 mud buggs it snapes axels.

500 has the old McPherson strut front suspension, they ride good but not much adjustment (650 and 800 has dubble a arm), smallest v twin around

The mrs and I each have the 500 h.o. v twins and we love them. The ride is great, power is great, reliability is great...... All around best machines we've owned.

Been no problem for me. Frt diff would be better lock up but the new ones work faster. Power unreal for a 500. Great ride but next one will be a 650 for the double wishbone suspension. Good luck enjoy your ride
