Likely good for the founders of yeti ($$) but not for the customers.

I tried to get ahold of them today and Camso reps are now the voice. They were very friendly but not much info transfered yet. Seems it was a surprise to some of the peeps over there as well.
I cracked 2 chassis(same day, same stump

) last year and when I enquired about doing the chassis exchange program Jamie told me to hold off and exchange for the 2018 chassis. Double checked today hoping I had some documentation of this but no luck as it was all over the phone. I hope this was documented on Yeti's end as it was a nice surprising perk.
Being an Edmonton resident and a huge advocate for Yeti's customer service, I am disapointed this is going down but definately willing to give the Camso crew a chance.

Been trying to get a fit kit for a couple months now and can't seem to get anywhere. Have called and emailed Yeti/Camso, tried two dealers and no one seems to get back to me. As stated Camso reps are friendly and take all my info but I never hear back. Anyone know how long this silence will last? I just want to get going on my install.....

Just received an email back from Camso for a fit kit. Was quoted $999 :yikes: for installation Kit ,plus $50 for automatic tensioner. I am hoping there is some confusion on installation kit requirements, As I am just trying to swap from my old bike to new bike...both YZ’s. I can’t see there being that much hardware required. Guess I will talk to a dealer tomorrow.

Been waiting on a fit kit and other parts for about 2 months. I'm told they are now getting things rolling and we should see a bounce back in service soon. I was going to do another build this year but I'm definitely pumping the brakes on it until I see what kind of support they provide once everything is rolling. So far it's been pretty piss poor and word is getting around.

Well, this is an absolute abortion. My parts enquiry started Sept 21st. Almost 3 months later, I can't even get a response for an estimated delivery. Back and forth with Camso, back and forth with dealers(they have been fantastic, not a dealer issue). Nearly 30k into a bike and I'm looking at doing another build to not lose anymore of my season. If I didn't love the product and the local dealer support so much that kit would be sitting on a pallet at Ritchie Bros. Get it together Camso.

not liking what im reading on here. Looking at my snowbike options and yeti was my choice, this makes me rethink things a bit.

Lotsa Timbersled guys having the same problems with Polaris since they bought them out. Especially parts for older kits. Seems big companies can't, or choose not to provide the same service the little guys did.

Finally got parts!! Huge shout out to Darryl at Argyll Motorsports for hounding the Camso crew to get them here and big thanks to C3 for the crazy fast turn around time. These dudes are top notch! Here's hoping I don't need parts for a bit.

Will camso honour the warranty that yeti had?

Yes, camso has stood behind it 100% and even has some of the non warranty upgrades heavily discounted. Great that way, just gotta figure out how to get the product to the consumer in an acceptable time.
