I have an 06 F350 and the chrome grill is starting to bubble. Apparently it is common with Ford and GMC products. Anyway, cant seem to find a fix other than replacement or strip and paint. Just wondering if anyone has any Macgyver fixes out there

I had a 2006 and so does my brother inlaw same thing must be a bad run from suppliers. Not too many options beside the rattle-can make over. Maybe find a 05 or 07 grille they are the same fit?

thats what they also said on some forums that it was a bad run from suppliers. A guy bought a fancy Caddy and just after warranty it was doing the same. Probably call the wreckers to see if anything is available.

As soon as I bought my last truck, I had the whole front end 3M'd including the grill. I didn't have any issues with rock chips and water getting in through the.chips and under the Chrome to form bubbles
