Brule is a one day type of place after a full day there there aint much new anymore and can get repetitive.
I hope you are one of those guys that belive in a hard break in if you plan on riding a 150 in the the sand there is only one speed you can go and thats tapped!!

Have fun

I haven't ridden sand with a paddle yet but if it sucks the power maybe talkinghamster would benefit from dropping a tooth or 2 on the front sprocket??

The more power the better in the sand. I had a CR500 and use to do the Brule May long trip. I always paddled up, makes a huge difference. There is a drag hill 3/4 of the way down the lake and that's where everyone hangs out. Be cautious coming around corners and over the top of the dunes as there will be a crap load of riders and not all are sober!

Hello. Going west out of Hinton maybe 6-10min you will pass hiway scale on left hand side, keep going till your next right hand turn . This should be your turn off.
Go down that road till you hit a Y in the road. Left goes to a Lake. Go right and keep going till you see your next road going left, should be a T intersection. Go left down that road till you see your next left road. Should be a rock on the road, turn left after rock. Go down that road till the end . There should be a Big sign when you get there on right hand side.
Park up here. To get to the sand follow trail on left of big sign, it's a beaten path so you shouldn't get lost, but remember where you came out, as when you come back it 's a little tricky to find trail. All you need to remember is when you get off the hiway is Right,Left,Left. Have fun.
