Bruderheim area closed off right now?

Does anybody know if Bruderheim is currently open? I heard through the grapevine that it might be closed up right now.

My wife and I went yesterday(sept 26 2010) and there were no signs indicating closure. We just got a quad(800 Max XT) and we quite enjoyed the trails. Met some very nice people including a couple of Military fellows. We noted that there was quite a few familys out there having a good time. I do however have concern with a few idiots that went screaming through with no regard for anyone elses safety. I have given my two cents worth on the online survey for the area. There are quite a range of trails types and soils to make a nice day trip.

Last I heard it was still open, I was there not long ago, lots of peeps and cops everywhere, and GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
