Broken cylinder bolt

Does anybody know a machine shop in Edmontron that can extract a broken cylinder bolt from a crank case. I have tried everything and to no avail, new crank case $900 beans any help would be appreciated.

you soak it with kroil over night then drill it and use an easy out?
or heat it and use the easy out at the same time
or drill it out and retap it
could use an insert too
is the bolt sticking out? if so put a washer over it and weld a nut onto the top of the stud

Try taking it to Motts in St. Albert. Its where the old Riverside Motorsports used to be.
