Boss Seat Warranty

I have a Boss seat for my 04 Rev that I bought in January from Specialty. It was made in china or something I guess becuase it is inferior to my cousins that he bought months before mine that must have been made in the USA. My seat is cracking, wearing badly, and bad zippers. I called Boss and they knew of the issues and said to send it back to them and it will be warrantied. I was happy to hear this but now It is going to cost me another arm and a leg to ship to Utah. I priced out Canada Post and it was about $100 and DHL courior was $399 and I think that Grey Hound is $80. I am under the impression that I have to pay both ways, one way for sure.
Has anyone else found a good way to ship or have any helpful advice that they learned when shipping.

Are they just putting a new cover on it, if yeas just have the cover sent up and do it yourself. This is what I did and them I posted a tuturiol with photos on the site (search boss seat). Hope this helps

Thats why I support Murray from Mountain Mod Seats in B.C. Great product, Canadian made, great service and about $30 to ship to him on the bus. When I sold my 09 XP I didn't want to get another seat so he told me to ship it to him and he changed the base to fit my 11 XP for free. Just out the freight. Now that is a great guy.
