Hey Guys,

I am looking for a little professional advice! I am wondering if I should just replace my crank, install new pistons(ceramic), rods and then boost it? or should I do the same as above and also big bore? Is there alot of reliability issues when you big bore?

Thanks for the insight:beer::beer::beer:

Sorry Its a 07 M8 soon to be 174!

Could use more info on the sled but the quick and easy hp is to turbo. Moderate dollar figure for a unreal output. Even i'm convinced now, blow dry it and be done.

It all depends on what you are wanting.. And how much you want to spend.. In the last year i've done over a dozen turbo kits on sleds and in stock form it'll work good.. but that said a turbo is a power adder and it adds to whatever you started with by a percenatge.. It's like a M1000 i boosted for a guy last year he is now putting a bigbore on it and a bigger turbo.. If the bigbore kit is done right it should not have a reliability issue.. but also you have to be caustious as not all porting works well with turbo applications..
