First one is done on our shop sled. We also have a black option for part or all of turbo assembly. There will also be a stainless steel turbine housing available.

Every kit has a wideband? Some closed loop auto-tuning or just monitoring?

This particular sled has a wideband for initial fine tuning.
Widebands are not included with turbo kits but will be optional.

Our current XM runs in low boost without adding much extra octane. Realistically running low boost at elevation on pump fuel is not a problem until poor fuel is used. People get fuel at many different places and it is possible to pick up a lower grade of fuel than recommended.
All of our turbo kits now come with a sight glass on the oil reservoir for a quick look and also the turbo oil is the injection oil used in the sled so no carrying a second type of oil. Typical ride time between fill ups is 3-5 days of riding, and even then it will be an ounce or two.
We have rollover valves on turbo drain oil and filler cap vent for those guys that like to ride upside down often.
We also use a large turbo, so future upgrades are done easily and cost effective.
The blow off valve recirculates directly in to the air box in the hood so throttle response is improved.
Once compared to other kits currently available, the difference in value becomes very noticeable.
The charge tube on this G4 kit is approximately 16 inches from turbo to airbox for improved throttle response, and in combination with our large airbox, the motor is always exposed to ample air supply.
Kits come with clutching for primary and secondary clutches.

Thanks, great info. I definately understand the risk of poor pump fuel. What are you guys reccemending for av mix with 91 premium at elevation? What mix at 2500-3000'?..... Yes I plan on taking my turbo sled ice fishing and ditch banging:d

Just so I dont sound like a cheap knob, the push for straight pump or mix is not due to fuel cost but the inconvenience of packing it along. I do a lot of last minute trips and the less things to worry about the better. Carrying along a few extra cans of av for safety mix is ok. Just not interested in packing 200l per sled for a 3-4 day trip anymore. I do understand power requires octane so I might be askn for too much here.
