Although one death is one too many we need to keep things in perspective.
I just read that during the period between 1990 and 2000 on average 50 golfers a year were killed by lightning in the states. As puplished by Roger Mooney, senior risk engineer consulant, Zurich services corporation
.Does this mean that if i take my boys golfing i may be suject to child endangerment charges.

no just means that golf is a very deadly sport. thats why you need clubs, to defend yourself. that little white ball brings the worst out of people.

That is because a typical golfer doesn't get off the golf course when they should. They see the clouds coming but they keep playing until.. well, it's too late. Then they're duckin for cover.
