I ended up liking Trump. I wish he could have got something done on the Keystone pipe line. Its been four years and I don't think there has been one piece of pipe laid?? It disappointing for me that the Keystone will have to wait for at least 4 years and by then it may be too late. I guess GP is doing ok though because i never heard a word of concern from you. In any case Biden got more votes then Trump so he won. The last two world wars were fought for this democratic principle. So are you communist, anarchist or maybe you're a NAZI. WTF I don't even care you could be a descendant BENITO MUSSOLINI for all I know. Now there was a dictator. Until the Canadians kick the sh1t out him in North Africa. It was too bad he got caught trying to cross the boarder dressed up as a women and got drug behind a Fait back to town and hung by his feet in public for a few days . I sure hope that he wasn't your uncle! If it was i'm sorry for your loss.
Imagine hating someone so much that you would put your country in jeopardy to vote for Joe Biden. He can’t put a sentence together, his personal life Is in complete shambles. This man is completely disconnected with reality. Him and Obama slummed up America so bad that that it’s actually polluted the minds of people like you Kieth. And you don’t even live there lol.

^^ winning by cheating is a slippery slope for democracy. Likely will be lay offs in the media now they don’t need an army of staff running smear. Colbert, SNL etc will really have to get new material. It worked in Canada too, you think Trudeau would be there if not for the media. Trump is still a billionaire married to a super model, he’ll be ok, thankfully he got ACB in before the fix was run.

nice to see the jackass out and maybe some stability and someone to bring there nation-world closer together

i actually feel it was a good thing to see trump in power last 4 years so we the world see how important it is to vote for some one with integrity, honesty, and just a decent guy in general.. another term of him and damage might not never be repaired, joe will have his hands full with this fk-up disasters, but hopefully decent mankind prevail... now if we could only get rid of our jackass as well

Likely time to start watching what things will be affected by a Democrat president.

news release and a sign of times to come:

Volvo has cancelled their LSA based motor program as part of their politically correct low carbon policy.

To reach an emissions target, Volvo Penta, which is part of Volvo Group, is speeding up development of fossil-free, renewable, electric and hybrid technologies.

Biden already turning farther left than what he campaigned on. The only negative I have about a trump was the texting. Trump was a Bull in a china shop, with niceness to him. Trump accomplished much in four years. In what Biden, and Bernie been in Washington for 40+ years. Here are some of a trumps accomplishments.

You might not like his personality, I am no American. However I'd be voting for RESULTS. First to make USA Energy Independent; First to deal directly with North Korea and bring home American deceased; First to tame China; First to address U.S. Border; Real Tax Cuts For Middle Class; NO NEW WARSl; Lowest Unemployment since 1969 (50-Years); Destroyed NAFTA; Stopped Clinton Crime Family; Draining the Deep State Swamp; FIRST PRESIDENT TO fulfill MORE promises than any other in Office! Trump may be the most accomplished President in our nation's history:
1) He got conservative judge Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Cony Barrett to the Supreme Court. Three Supreme Court Judges.
2) The stock market is at an all-time high. Before Covid-19.
3) Consumer confidence is at an all-time high.
4) He created millions of jobs by undoing Obama’s regulations.
5) Mortgage applications for new homes is at a 7 year high.
6) Unemployment rate is at a 50 year low. Before Covid-19.
7) Signed the promoting women in entrepreneurship act.
8) Gutted over 800 Obama era regulations thus freeing up companies to hire again and get the economy moving once again.
9) Ended the war on coal and caused a new mine for coal mining to open that will mine clean coal. He also put the miners back to work.
10) Weakened Dodd-Frank regulations.
11) Promotes buying and hiring American.
12) Investments from major businesses such as Foxconn, Ford ,Toyota, Intel and others will build here now.
13) Building the border wall as promised.
14) Fighting against sanctuary cities.
15) Changed the rules of engagement against ISIS.
16) Drafted a plan to defeat ISIS.
17) Worked to reduce the cost of the F-35 fighter jets.
18) Imposed a five year lobbying plan.
19) Sanctioned Iran over its’ missile program.
20) Responded to Syria’s use of chemical weapons.
21) Reduced tax reform plan.
22) Renegotiated NAFTA and replaced with the USMCA.
23) He withdrew from the Trans Pacific Partnership thus keeping jobs here.
24) He pulled us out of the Paris Climate Accords thus saving us millions of dollars every year.
25) Created a task force to reduce crime.
26) The DOJ is targeting dangerous gangs like MS-13.
27) Signed independence and economic growth law.
28) Signed an executive order to protect police officers and target drug cartels.
29) Signed an executive order for religious freedom.
30) His administration is working on sending education back to the states.
31) He’s fixing the dept. of Veterans affairs so now vets can choose their own doctors and be covered. This also protects whistle blowers and allows VA to terminate bad employees.
32) Authorized construction of the Keystone and Dakota pipelines. The Dakota pipeline is up and running without harming the environment.
33) Created commissions on election fraud and opioid addiction.
34) Food stamp use is the lowest level in decades along with government dependency.
35) Reduced the White House payroll saving taxpayers millions of dollars.
36) Has donated his Presidential salary to various causes.
37) Signed over 52 pieces of legislation.
38) Cut 600 billion from UN peacekeeping mission.
39) Gas prices lowest in more than 12 years.
40) Making NATO allies pay billions of their fair share of dues owed.
41) Signed Criminal Justice Reform, “First Step Act"."
42) Negotiated the USMCA trade deal with Mexico and Canada and eliminated the disastrous NAFTA.
43) Brokered the biggest trade deal in history between the United States and China.
Trump has been in DC for 4 years and is running on his accomplishments. Biden, and Sanders, have been in DC for 40 years, and are running on what they plan to do.

DOW is up 4% this morning. It likes that a winner was chosen and is less concerned about what side it was from.

I think it has a bit to do with the pfizers covaids vaccine announcement...

Most of it.... The markets are much more effected by anything Covid right now than political. On the political side they do believe that Biden will inject much more socialist $$$ into relief packages than Trump would have so they assume there will be more money going around. Most of the money from these do called relief benefits end up in the hands of the big banks so they care more about the influx than the long term impact. That said I don't think todays market is sustainable so I put sell orders on most of my equity holdings, get out now and sit on some cash for a while to see what happens next.

With the amount of money they are throwing around I dont think it will go down ever. I think the dollar is just going to loose a lot of value.

That said a crash like we had back in March isnt out of the realm of possibility. And short term cash might not be so bad.
I'm sitting on some too waiting for a Canadian real estate market crash.
