Wow you must ride twice a day. I have heard someone doing 2400 k on a 2014 xm and rode pretty much every weekend.

They had 4659902845893 engine hours on it though...

So with 4800km on my 2014, the bushing are shot. Does anyone make something better than stock Skidoo ones?

I am not a huge fan of oilite. Mainway Solutions has the best setup I have seen with greasable bushings. Should outlast the life of the sled. Bit pricey though.

Would a guy be able to drill and tap a thread for a grease zerk on the spindle. Older sleds had them.

4800km isn't good enough with stock bushings?

actually not really... You can literally see the play in both upper and lower a arms. The spindle walks about .05-.75" giving or taking away caster.

I am trying to stay away from grease and the mess associated with it plus the dirt it can collect when riding in May.

Yes. I have done it to all my spindles too. There is a gap between the bushings, Drill your hole and insert a zerk. Princess auto sells a kit.
The dealers usually don't even grease them, when they PDI.. and when they fail after a season, it's considered a "wear item".
