I tend to think that with the price of turbo kits these days, and how great they are, it doesn't make a lot of sense to spend $1-2k to get 5-10hp (if you are lucky and believe the dyno runs) when you could spend $5-7k and get 70hp.

My buddy runs the SLP stage 2 kit on his and it works great, woke up the sled quite well and dropped even more weight, not that the axys needs that. Turbo's are a waste of time and money for 90% of riders and more often than not cause alot more issues than a stage 2 kit will ever cause, ecspecially if your not very mechanically inclined. Turbos also add some weight, where as a stage 2 kit drops like 20+ lbs, some people spend 2 grand just to drop weight so 2 grand to add 10 hp, drop 20+ lbs, get a smoother power curve and increased throttle response seems like a not bad option. Plus these stage 2 kits are pull and go and very reliable plus look sweet with all that shiny ceramic

Those Silber kits are looking pretty rad. Light weight, cheap, work awesome-

Ya for $6000+ lol, when you wanna spend $2000 thats a big jump up, and i guarantee 90% of guys with a turbo dont need it, they just have money and act like unreal sledders when in actuality they are average at best, lots of pros running stage 2 kits and would make regular people on turbos look like they are running skandics

SLP pipe/can is probably the best mod for the money imo.
Guy asks what the best pipe/can for axys is and everyone is telling him to buy a turbo HA!

had a pro with slp stage 3, had a bad bog in it at low elevation. never worked really well till turbo all did some clutching and unplugged the tuner then it was amazing so when i went to the axys i didnt bother with the stsge 3 and just put the thing cooker can and had al do some clutching. woke the sled right up and working amazing and that was all for under $500.

Depends on what year your Axys is. 2016 you can run a pipe with no fuel controller. 2017-18 require a fuel controller. I have a 2016 with a Jaws pipe. Very happy with the performance. Picked up 300 rpm on the top end. clutch for 8400 RPM.
Chris at Parkland motorsports sells them. Give him a shout.

16 was definitely leaner than the 17. I swear my 16 ran better with the SLP kit.
