Save your $$$. Put two Flowrites in the rear of the lower airbox and be done.

You're right...it won't get the same result. It's better. The DPM will still work and you get more air without the restriction of filters. Seen more people buy T-sled kits and take them off then keep them....personally didn't think it was worth the trouble. The absolute best intake is the Bondi airbox....but Bondi seems to think this thing is made of solid gold and charges accordingly.

Unless your big boring your sled you'll never need pods or anything after market, the flow rites are the best/cheapest mod. The skidoo factory intake was flow tested ( cant remember by who) but its WAY more than sufficient, the flow rites basically help when your intake is drowning in powder - eliminating bog.

There is also a kit that you can get that goes on the bottom side of your xp air box and it has two vents on it that stay closed unless the stock intake plugs off partially or fully and then they start to open up so that your sled still gets all the air it requires. The BIGGEST thing that a person has to remeber is that you want to get the coldest air you can going into your motor becuase cold air makes more power than warm/hot air does.
