My brother loves his 08 xp after putting the skidoo s36 front end on.
I don't know how much the timbersled kit is but the skidoo kit was a good price.
Took longer than he wanted to get the kit. Dealer said 2 weeks and I think it took 2 months.

Alternative impact has nice front end kits. And they have a sweet 10" rear wheel kits!

Have to agree with most on here. S-36 from ski-doo all the way. Definitely the best bang for your buck you are ever going to get. Makes a huge difference.

I had an alternative impact kit and sent it back. Weight savings werent anywhere near claims, and I dont like the ball joints being threaded into the ends. Feel much more comfortable with them being pressed in from the bottom like the brp ones.
