Looking good there. What's the reasoning for removing the internal foam? To allowing the venting to breathe better? Would my freeride benefit from venting or should it be good?

It's in there for noise control. The issue is it gets snowy and that melts, the foam holds the water adding a fair bit of weight to the sled.

I noticed before I took the foam off the hood that it was very wet and heavy. Imagine that when it freezes on a road trip or while storing outside. Then one goes for another ride and there is more water in the foam?

I vent mine because of the issues I had with the 08's and all my mountain riding buddies say ya' gotta keep the clutches cool. Put them in on the 2010 also.

HaHa. What do you think Doug's axe weighs. Hey Doug you wouldn't need that hitch if you only rode with Doo's. Lol.

My dealer told me that the new clutch cover on the etec's should be all you need to keep the cluthes cool he said I wouldn't need venting.

I have alot of faith in BRP innovation but if you are a balls to the walls kinda rider in big pow then a vent kit is still a great addition.

They bring me in for moral on Mondays. Lol.
Ya, Sounds like a good life. I came down last Thursday to pick up sled and you were MIA. They thought maybe you got lost at a Nascar race or something. Was ok cause I got Ryan to go for lunch:D while Will put the sled together.

Ya he bought. I don't mind at all, gave us time to BS a little before Will joined us and explained a lot of things about the new ride to me.
They have learned well from you. A personal touch for a customer that a guy doesn't get every where and an invite to go riding with them.
