if I pull the baffle out of my 420 all that will do is incress nosie right no HP gains from this right? would I have to play with the efi system if I do this or not did it on my dirt bike and liked the sound made the 250x sound like a 450 love the thump.

Exactly it will be a little louder w no gains( not much to feel)no you wont have to play with efi
