I've got an 06 Adrenaline and there doesn't seem to be much pop in the backend anymore. I'm still new to this and I'm looking for some fead back in terms of what to look for or what to replace. When I press down on the tunnel it doesn't pop back up like it used to. Which shock do I need to look at or replace to get it to spring back in the tail? I've got the front shock (closest to the engine) set to the max. Any suggestions as to makes or models?

Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback,

Will the X springs or shocks fit on the adrenaline model? Or should I go with something aftermarket?

X stuff should fit, pretty sure that was the only difference between the adrenaline and the X

ya they will fit,but order heavier springs than stock .They last longer and you can run the ajustment lower.

New back springs should help, but almost every stock doo i have seen is saggy in the back. Its the way the suspension is set up. The only way to really help this out is to go with an aftermarket set up. There is a good vid on the timbersled site showing how saggy stock suspension is. And if you think your rev is saggy, take a look at say a 2008 XP, no pop in the back at all

Thanks.

What everyone has said about the rear springs is correct. They are what provide the rebound portion of the suspension.

But what I didn't see anyone suggest was to check where the springs are set. There are positions you can change the rear springs to on both sides which are numbered. #1 being softest. Check to make sure they are not set too soft before you run out and buy new ones.

That being said, they will loose their spring over time. If they are maxed out and provide no rebound, then replace.

A good reason to order the heavier ones is yes you can run them on a lower setting and you are not running on the higher end of the spring load which changes the rate it returns at.

Ski-doo did design the rev and rev-xp suspension with a bit of sag. When there is sag it allows the suspension to drop out when in deep snow. You can set the suspension up for static and ride weight.

I've got the tension for the springs on the highest setting, so I'll look to replace them. I don't want a rock hard tail on the sled, but a little less sag would be nice to make it a bit more responsive.

Thanks again for the feedback.
