Anybody jump on their sleds and head out with their boards/Ski's?

I'm looking to do more of that this year. Currently my trusted sledding buddies are all just sledders. Getting them to do trips up and down the mountain takes some persuasion. To top that off, most of them are moving away (you know who you are).

So curious if anybody else gets out there and rides and looking for board/ski buddies.

I snowboarded at jasper and powder king, the untouched powder is the best kind. I've never really did both tho, and might have to do with not having a rack on my sled to carry my board.

Went sledskiing on Saturday on boulder . If you are getting into this, please take an accredited AST1 course, travel with like minded peps, read the Avalanche forecasts prior to each trip, use the evaluator, enjoy the terrain.:)

I understand this. I've sled for a few years and similar rules apply.

What I'm looking for are safer slopes as I see some people going down some pretty sketchy locations at very sketchy times.

Also looking for like minded people in the Calgary area who wouldn't mind getting out and doing more boarding/skiing then sledding some weekends.
