I have recently purchased a 2011 rzr, camo edition, and need some input on a few things. Im going to be putting a 1.5" lift kit on from super atv and am wondering if my stock axles would be able to handle 28" mudlites or zillas with the lift. Any input would be great!

I added a rubber down customs lift to our rzr.
No problems.
We have not changed from stock tires yet.

I have a 2" lift and Highlifter springs and it still doesn't put the cv's at much of an angle, I don't see you haveing any problem. Zillas are very light tires as well.

Welcome to the site

I DO NOT recommend Mudlites for a SxS, go with Zillas or BigHorns depending on what you ride.

You should be fine with stock axles, it's all about the driver driving the terrain.

Oh, and even with your lift, you will need spacers or off set rims, I've got 26" xtr's the dealer told me they wouldn't rub with the stock rims but they did.

hey guys thanks for the input. i already have spacers front and rear because i was running 26" mudlites for a while. Have any of you heard of or seen the lift kit made by super atv thats adjustable from 1.5"-3". Im not planning on ever running on 3" because i think with 28" tires it would put the cv's at to much of an angle. For anyone who hasnt ridden one of these, they are alot of fun, i just cant wait for a few inches of snow to fall!

Oops typo, yes the tires dont do anything to my cv angles, what i meant was, with a 3" lift i think 28" tires might be a little big on stock axles. I rode a sportsman 500 and had a 2" lift for about 3 months. 2 broken cv's were enuf for me. That is the only reason i am hesitant going to the full 3" lift without going to some kind of a widening/lift kit. Any recommendations on a good snorkel kit? Im not planning on using the rzr as a submarine but i'd like to have that piece of mind.

I still don't think 28" tires are going to be an issue for your cv's. As far as the snorkel kit, go down to your local hardware store and buy a good assortment of 2" pvc pipe bends and straights and build your own, VERY easy to do on the rzr's as they allready vent out where you want them, you just need a couple rubber fittings and a little pvc to make it work.

About $90.00 worth of pipe and fittings, a hole saw and 3hrs.
