Axel bearings

Have a 03 Yamaha Kodiak. Noticed a little wobble in the rear wheels. I would assume it needs new wheel bearings. Approx 5K on bike. I've changed front bearings but not to sure how to do the rear ones. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

Here is a link for the service manual, link says 2005, but I am pretty sure the 2000-2005 machines were the same. When you open up the .pdf, it says 2000 service manual.
