I got to pull our fearless leader (Ron) out of a couple mudholes.

1st Hole no winch needed we just put the cable on and when I got off my quad it started floating, then they just pulled it close to shore and I drove out.

2nd time Lyle pulled me back as the creek was straight down about 2 1/2 feet and straight up to get out. Im lucky I didn't take a run at that. Thanks for the tug again Lyle.

3rd time I was going up the trail and went over a tree and my quad jumped sideways and was pushing hard against the tree, this in on a wooded trail at a good incline. Rather than hammering on the throddle and taking a chance on breaking my hand It was better to get a tug sideways.

Otherwise It was a good ride, we went all day and I rode quite hard and still had 1/2 tank remaining. Thanks to CanDoo for programming my chip to the highest setting. And I would really like to thank Gibbons motor toys, Darryl for getting my quad all fixed before the long weekend. It ran quite good, I discovered it floats easy too. It just plows through mud. Thanks to Catmando and his buddies for showing me the area.

Looks like Ice for your drinks. Will melt fast. How many docks did it take out when it came ashore?

Yep, had a few drinks but decided to spend the $3.00 so I didn't have to use Yellow Ice.
Most people put the docks in on the may long weekend but because of the ice on shore most left it for another weekend.

OK.......Go through Edson about 5 miles to the Robb turnoff,Hang a left and go about 50 kilometres past the Robb turnoff untill you hit a hairpin corner and the gravel starts.About 1.5 kilometres you will see a sign that says Cadomin, turn right towards Cadomin.Eleven kilometres and you will hit a bridge after going through a avalanche shoot(sled jargon but you will know what I mean) and then you find a spot, they are all over, some good ones you wont see from the road, gravel pits on both sides of the road and endless trails
Happy Trails!
