Watched it tonite.... Just finished..... Older film but showed lots of people trapped in avs, that survived, and some that never.........

How about that guy that had to did out 30' then gets burried again. Then he walks down the mountain and waits out the third blast triggered avalanche. There's a determined survivor. Hats off.

it's a national geographic documentary. I'm sure you could probably find parts of it on youtube or google video.

I agree it needs to be updated, but some amazing video footage, and yes, extreme stories of survival.

How about that Peruvian avalanche in 1962 that killed thousands? That was pretty crazy to see the aftermath of....

I liked the guy from Juneau Alaska that built his house right at the bottom of an avalanche trough and said he wants to watch it come only a matter of time
