Avalanche courses.... Jan - march

I spent a bunch of time this weekend with Lori & the Zacs Tracs crew, and found out some disturbing information.

For the months of January & February they only have a total of 9 people signed up for Avalanche Courses. Now I'm sure that not everyone on this site is trained up, and if you are maybe its time for a refresher..... Lets help Lori & the crew fill these spots guys, below is a list of all the dates for January-February 2012.

the thing that sucks for me is when they offer the times in jan and feb my apprentice is gone to school .... can't go then .... it was the same last year ...

4 of us signed up for the Fernie one January. Let's fill some more spots!

I planned on signing up for the AST1 in fernie but then my work situation changed and I can't get days off until February. Going to be there for a week so if they wanted to run a course on the the weekend of the 10th and 11th, or the weekend after I would be in and I am sure I could round up a couple more people to come. Otherwise its going to have to wait until next winter.
