i have had my fourwheeler in the shop twice now for the same thing. and what ive had my wheeler in for is that it smells like burnt coolant, or a sweet burnt smell, none the less it burns coolant. the shop put new clamps on and that was it. and i just started it up today and smoke was coming up by the air box. i dont know what the problem could be. its been doing this sense the 1st or 2nd week i had it and ive had it for 2 years. comes and goes though. any tips or ideas that would help.

THANKS LUKE

what unit is it? could be a seeping head gasket, does it do it more when its been sitting, if ur using it i may swell the gasket enought to seal but after it sits it could leak, should be able to pressure test the engine, dont know why that was never done.
