April conditions?

I'm heading down the first week of April, curious to what the conditions are usually like that month? Sledding is pretty much done here in Ottawa already.

Usually amazing snow one day and then go anywhere the next day. We have been riding in t-shirts during the afternoon in April.

Looks like this year we will be late May for the same conditions if the weather holds. Excellent snowfall this year.

It was a late start but lots of Dec and Jan dumps.

I believe we're renting sleds from Mark Shaede and staying at the Days Inn. Mark was more than helpful, we chatted for about 45min, sure helped out in helping us plan everything, even when we were're sure with who we were renting from.
