i think im the only person who doesnt like the factory Pro Taper bars on the PRO-RMK.

i had these Kermaxx bars on my dirt-bike and absolutely loved them. i wonder how well they would work on a sled though?

anyone running oversized bars instead of 7/8ths on there sled?

I have run renthals and pro taper's both 1 1/8 on my sleds just need a riser for fat bars and can be a bit tricky fitting all your switches back on. Had to relocate my headlight/warmer switch on my doo's.

on the pro the only thing on the bars is the kill switch, and the reverse button, i would imagine there would be room.

how did you like the bigger bars? did you find them to wide? thats my biggest concern at the moment

No I didn't find them too wide but I run pretty wide bars on my YZ so it's a pretty seamless switch from summer to winter.

Those carbon fibre rapped? The reason I ask is cause I heard that your hand warmers don't work well with the carbon fibre.

I hearded they work better with carbon fibre it pushes the heat to the grips, aluminum bars soak up the heat. I could be wrong but it makes sence to me

i run those exact bars on my 08 mod sled. Full width, 7/8, with no sissy strap. As well I took the cross support off too for te switches.Love them, taper and width are great. Insanely durable. Accidentally tossed the 08 off a loggin road last season and it barrelled rolled into a whack of bush 30ft down and the bars where still straight.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1376343349.711235.jpg these Easton Pro Tapers are for sale. Comes with sled. PM if interested. Thinking about putting some black tapers on the XM as I thing the stockers are tweaked.

I Put RSI 1" 1/8 on my proclimb. Stock bars got tweaked. Kinda stupid my mtb bike comes stock with big bars but my 500lbs sled didn't....

I run these on my MX bike and thought about running them on my sled, Until I seen a set on my friends sled,,, I didn't like it at all, I don't like the bend they have for a mountain sled personally. Great bars tho,, love em on my bike. You can get the Cermax bars in 7/8inch to FYI

Here is a few pics of what I run on mine. They are RSI backcountry bend, 1 1/8 carbon fibre wrapped. No issues with hand warmers.
