Anyone return from the blu?

How were the conditions as well as highway?

just got back

Just got back this afternoon. The highways were dry heading up on fri and also returning home. Hwy 40 to Grande C sucked about half way but were good the rest of the way.
Blu river was about +5 all three days, was raining a little when we arrived. Very foggy in the alpine with little visibility. Still had good snow conditions, I probed the trail a couple of times and there was still 9+ feet.
There were many sledders at allen and clemina when we drove home, still leaving from the parking lot. Chappel only had 2 trucks and I heard in the hot tub from another group that the trail was

Came home from Valemount this afternoon.
Rode Allen Fri afternoon and all day Sat. Fairly clouded up top both days , but was rideable. Warm humid temps on Saturday with rain / snow mixture at times made the snow like going through freshly poured concrete. Still getting more snow up top when we left with cooler temps will be able to ride for a while yet.
