Anyone else having issues with the drivers on the 2015 T3 174.

My driver appears to be melting on the clutch side. Each cog or button is melted on the side that applies force to the clips in the track. The chain case side is normal. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing anything like this. My sliders appear yo have normal wear. I know others were experiencing issues with overheating and melting sliders, but I haven't had any of those issues. Sled just got through the break in period.

That doesn't look like the driver, that looks like some other plastic stuck to it, either off the slider or elsewhere. It should peel off.

I took a better look and with a screwdriver I was able to remove the plastic. It did peel right off. Must be coming from the slider on that side. Looking at the sliders they don't seem like they are that worn. Maybe it was from one of my lasr sled trips to Eagles Pass. The snow was pretty hard and crusty. Ran with the ice scratchers down for the entire ride. Sled didn't overheat, but it must have done a number on the slider on that side.

No worries. I've seen all kinds of crap stuck to drivers. The strangest was yellow plastic on a sled that was all black.

are all the clips on the track strait n not bent or broken ???

seen more than a few clips crew up plastic really good ...
