I looked at these Raptor springs online. They respond soft to firm in the last 30%. Curious if anyone has any hands on experience?

I did the Raptor TRS package on my '12 for this season along with a revalve on all four WE shocks. Five rides so far and they are night and day better over stock. I will likely do a full raptor kit on my next sled but this was a good upgrade for the price. Softer in the initial portion of the travel and ramp up to prevent bottoming on bigger stuff. Ski shocks seem to be less spongy and are a bit more 'planted'. Overall, much smoother ride. I've kept my sway bar in as these sleds are too easy to tip on one ski as is. For the money, you can't really go wrong.

I have a set on my 13, 163. I really cant say that the rear is improved much but the front ski shock springs are longer than stock. When I ran the stockers soft, I was worried about the spring retainer falling out because there was no load on them until about 30% position. The Raptor springs can be left at the start of the threads and still have pre-load. This allows for a softer front suspension which I like. These springs also help in the big hits where the stock set-up can transfer much shock to the riders wrists.

If I could only buy the front springs I would have if I did it again and secondly I wish they were white instead of black but thats is just preferance.

I'm going to be trying a set of the these springs. Cheap alternative to get me by untel I can afford the raptor clickers for the front and a bakers suspension setup for my rear. I was going to try the base springs and one of the extra stiff ones for my front rear suspension shock. I'm trying my sled this weekend without the sway bar, shocks are cranked. Don't think the stock shocks/springs will be sufficient enough to hold it from diving though we will see.
