James Wilson Campground ... west of Sundre....

what is it like there? any awesome places to go?

our club rented the whole campground.... 17 stalls for our club ride August Long....

West of sundre ,SRD only allows Popo`s.............Way less quads getting stuck that way ,they claim.

That's not far from where they hold the sundre rally. Lots of riding out there.

srd can fine yer butt for having or riding quads in campground, site is rather small, not for larger trailers at all. there are better camp sites in the area, riding is good although loggers have hit the area real bad. you may be able to find marble mountain out there!

no one is going to fine us since our club works with SRD... that public campground will be designated quad friendly for the august long... when we book things srd listens....lol

Marble is a bit of a trunk road drive from there, but easy to find if u know where to go

Real muskeg trail through the shell pipeline corridor area, you have to go west of james wilson and north. U can come in on the west of marble mtn or follow the pipeline out to trunk road or take a trail north too trail to tower will take better part of a day, has been logged on the west side of marble, They even destroyed the camp sites west of marble by tipi pole. Used to be a tough trail, likely real bad now, have winch and extra line.
Trunk road is quicker, if ya don't know the way though

how about you saddle that grizz and come out for a friggin ride, some nice riding down there, cell phones work, some real nice sites a bit of gravel driving though. maybe we can find marble out there?
