Need to verify my 74 Lynx is really as 74,,all the old book and ads I have seen say it so,the serial number is 4056963 ,,but Alberta registries tell me it was registered years ago as a 72, and they wont change it without proof.cant get replys from Arctic cat web sites, and no dealer around here to ask.

can you post some pictures of it?

when you look at the serial number tag on the tunnel it should also have a manufacturer date on it, that will tell you the year.

We need PICS! As mentioned by Tyler, the tunnel stamp or decal will (might) mention the date of manufacture which probably means that the "Model Year" would be one year later as most machines are manufactured the previous year to the model year. This make any sense to you?

Example: Manufacture date is 1972... Model is a '73
