we rode right from my sons yard south up the mountian, pased the Forestry tower and down to oil field roads,played around on the many cutlines all chewed up from Quads, Then found a old cabin I built 25 yrs ago with my boys.they were 3 and 4 when we built it.all caved in,but we are going to Rebuild it.place to go to for wiener roasts and maybe even a campout.overlooks the river valley east of Whitecourt, nice view, probably why we picked that spot 25 yrs ago.we used to live only a few miles from there in the 80s.Now son lives near by as well.
