In support of the AMBER Alert issued in Saskatchewan, the information issued on September 16 is as follows: North Battleford RCMP have issued an AMBER Alert for the abduction of a female child today, September 16, at 5:00 PM. Abducted is Emma OKeeffe, age 6, white female, 3 ft. 6 in. tall, 44 lbs, brown hair cut in a bob style, wearing a navy blue long sleeve shirt, black jeans and pink socks, no shoes. Emma suffers from epilepsy and autism. She is non-verbal and unable to walk and is in need of medication. Suspect vehicle is a 2010, dark grey Mercedes G L 350 SUV, Saskatchewan plate, 8 9 7, H M X. Suspect is unknown at this time.

That's good to hear. I know this may sound harsh but the parents they should be charged for negligence or something. You don't leave an unattended child in a car especially running.

The slap of the hand and cushy conditions in jail don’t help
If there was some real punishment for taking what wasn’t yours everyone would be a lot better off
No they shouldn’t have left keys in vehicle with kid in it cool wet day wanted her to be warm while they grabbed supper at Pizza Hut

That's a whole other topic and I agree with you that it happens because the punishment is a joke.
