Only other place I've seen with ample road maintenance was the area of NW ontario that I lived. Heavy on the salt though too.

Alberta 511 app actually has a beta snow plow tracker. You can see where all of them are, are they moving fast, slow or stationary. I used it all the time coming home after night shifts so i have an idea where I will end up seeing them.

Not in my area, it's a joke at how poorly the crews are managed here. The mot is just as bad, they decided to open up 3 sections of asphalt to repave in October on The road to the resort. Never got finished and has been brutal to travel over all winter.
