Wicked day of riding with my friend Kalon! Didn't take any pics. Brought my GO Pro, put it on my shovel handle, well that only lasted 10mins in the trees before it got tore off. But that's Ok the battery died in 5mins,,, WTF Anyone wanna buy a Go pro??? LOL On a different note I want to talk about a lil issue I have on the hill, When you ram your chit into a tree and get stuck PLEASE do not just cut down the tree to make things easy unless you absolutely have to. What that does is leaves a stump hidden under a few inches of snow for someone else to hit!!! I clipped a stump yesterday that someone cut off, sled is fine but kinda hurt my knee. If you are with friends, yard the sled backwards of something, but for the love of god don't just leave stumps around every where you go!!! Thanks

I have issues with the whole lets hack the tree down whether we can get the sled out or not. For a lot of peeps its easier to just cut it than try and find a different solution. Thats my rant though. Lol

Yea I hate that chit, most people don't care cause they ride a couple times a year and will probably never see that same spot again. Went you ride the same place everyday and yesterday there was a tree and now there is a stump, pisses you off a bit special when you tweak ur knee on it.....

I'm guilty of cutting trees, but not sled wreckers. last year at quartz on a super pow day I smoked a stump. it missed my chain case by about an inch. banged up the aluminium under the chain case badly and mangled the plastic, also it pulled to can off the pipe. luckily I found all the springs that had launched randomly thru-out my sled. but the can was hot so I just had to sit on the side of the hill til it cooled down enough that I could put it all back together. not a good place to be dead in the water. thankfully several randoms and freinds came over to check on me (thx to all). but until it cooled down enough I was in the firing line.
luckily it all went back together just fine and I seriously dodged a bullet that day. I'm so lucky that the damage was so inconsequential to the running of the sled.

but it pulled the can off !!!

early season be wary of stumps on the right side of the big meadow ...

Wow last night was awesome. We went about 1km up from the cabin on frisby then drop down through the trees(several KM) and end up back on the main trail, rip back up to cabin, warm up ext Repeat. Group of 8 all real good riders(the night crew, these guys almost always ride at night). the dark really brings the intensity up big time. My light helmet worked pretty good I want to run 2 of then though next time though.(more light the better) DEEP snow& Great night on Frisby!

Today me and my friend Riley went up Boulder. We Went up kinda behind super bowl, droped down trough the trees and end up on the Viedamin. Sick run. Fresh deep snow all day. Some guy followed our tracks up the Trappers trail this morning, but I pitty the fool that follows our track down the mountain...lol Another wicked day in Revy!

Nice pics. I heard the snow was kind of mush today because the temps were up. Any truth
