Matt and I and the neighbor headed out to A' La peche Lake today. The ride in was great and the trail was in excellent condition. The cabin was clean and well stocked with fresh fire wood cut from the last group..thanx
The bull trout were going absolutly crazy for everything we tossed in.
I just wanted to share the ride...:hi:

I love the ride in to the lake. Have you found the huge rock to fish the stream from yet?

Nice pics, looks like a fun time ,, I think I was on this run about 10 yrs back , was there a spot on this trail where you had to drive up the creek for a bit ? We also ran into a lot of people on horses there . This is an awsome place . :D

Ya got me. I haven't been there for a while, but I recall the rock being much taller with no base you could stand on as in the picture. I'm picturing what it looks like from the top looking down. To get down to the waters edge you'd go off the left of the rock, and the shoreline past there, not below it.

Hi there i just saw your post and pictures. We are heading to the grand cache area in september and want to find some places to quad. Would you mind telling me the trail you took to get to the cabin? it looks beautiful? Also would you happen to know any areas to camp that arn't on the side of a hwy and that also allow you to drive quads out of them. Thanks!
