'99 Summit bogging

I'm new to this site. Not very experienced with mechanics either. My 99 summit 500 is bogging down when the throttle is halfway or more. Idles rough but does idle. I thought it might be old gas but changed it out and still the same thing. Changed the plugs as well. Am I looking at the fuel filter or is it worse? we only use the machine for acreage pleasure riding, but I'd like to get it going well for my kids to take out.

Just for kicks check bushing on your secondary and how clean your clutches are and belt deflection its the easiest and cheeps thing to do and it will create a bog at half throttle i hope this helps:d

If you had old gas in there the carbs my need a cleaning.
