all this started a few months back when I was wheelieing over a hill, it would spit and sputter then die, or if I could get it in time choke it. So I pulled carb off and cleaned it thouroughly, all jets and everything. Put it back on runs fine, sometimes its hard to start, dont idle, or it will idle but doesnt take throttle. all intermitently. it doesnt have a regular petcock it has on res and prime. when on res and on, gas barely runs out the line, but on prime it flows a full tube. sprayed carb cleaner on boots while it was running tonight made no difference in idle, and ran great all night long. any ideas would be MUCHLY appreciated

With the reserve and on settings, the petcock uses engine vacuum to move fuel from tank to carb. w the prime setting its free flow from tank to carb.(just dont leave it on pri or nxt time u trailer the suzook it could fill ur crankcase w fuel. Could be as simple as a pinched vent line off carb, pinched breather hose off tank.
What does ur s plug look like? Black, grey or brown? Whats ur compression? when petcock is set to res or on, if u suck on the little hose that runs to petcock, does fuel come out the fuel line? Whats ur mixture screw set at?
