Here it is its come a long way from its stock form but it runs great pulls real strong on long climbs so im happy. Ive done most every thing myself so far, no engine work yet, Deano670 did some tuning and clutch work, RSaint hooked me up with the skid and track, Rory at Pure for the light weight hood and filters (best price on Kickass that Ive found), BigDawg for the Simmons skis, Specialty for the tunnel extension and misc. but mostly a thanks to every body at snow and mud for helping me wth the questions. Its pretty cool to have so much resource at hand 24/7.
Any way we are headin to Valemount Thurs, 17th maybe see you out there.
peace
Kore.

Looks great!!!! That would be a project I would like to do in the future if I could find a late 90's 670 Summit for cheap. It would be alot of fun.

if you get the chance go and get a good engine degreaser and some aluminum polish and about 6 of your favourite beer. The polish goes on easy and comes out looking unreal. I bet that with those 6 beer that sled would look better than it ever did.

I use the mothers powerball and mothers aluminum polish. I rida a cat and for the engine bay grime cat makes a great cleaning product. I might be called a bit anal for the condition of my engine bay but it keeps me out of trouble. For the tunnel section the large powerball and for the engine bay the small one works awesome. And for all those tricky to reach places use the old fashion way. Your fingertips will be black for a long time but it is well worth the effort.
